Community can only improve when all the members let go of their differences and come together to achieve a single goal; prosperity. The statement was been told yet effect has been minimum. To counteract this, I believe that the community must first find a common ground and build trust  which then can lead to the ultimate goal of forming a close-knit global community.  Community service is only the first step of many to come.
